Contribute to tomorrow's technology as a Project Leader within NTS!
Developing and producing complex systems for high-tech machine manufacturers such as ASML and Thermo Fisher is the core business of NTS Group. Are you keen on contributing to this next-generation technology? Are you a champion of innovation? Do you have high quality standards? And do you have the courage to stand up for NTS's commercial interests? If so, the ORMIT & NTS Project Management Traineeship is perfect for you!
For this ORMIT & NTS Project Management Traineeship, we are hoping to find talent that will assist NTS in achieving its growth objectives, now and in the future. These objectives demand seamless cooperation with clients. It is crucial in this respect to supply systems and provide services of the highest quality. Another requirement is for processes within NTS to run perfectly and to move with the times. As a Project Leader, you will make an effort towards this optimisation during your traineeship. You will also follow an intensive training program at ORMIT to further your professional as well as personal development.
NTS is a first-tier systems supplier of mechatronic or optomechatronic systems and mechanical modules for large, high-tech machine manufacturers. Its knowledge and experience enable NTS to enhance its clients' value chains significantly. As a Project Leader, you are responsible for translating this value to collaborations with demanding clients such as ASML. You survey the value chain of which NTS is part and work to optimise the supply chain within NTS itself. In doing so, you focus both on technical and on administrative aspects. You also make sure that products and processes within NTS have the highest quality. For this purpose, you must be able to survey, map and improve processes. It goes without saying that you have a strong affinity with technology and a head for stakeholder management. In other words, you manage to effect change. This way, you will contribute to tomorrow's technology.
Over a 2-year period, you will be challenged to develop your talent and personal leadership in full. To this end, you will embark on a very intensive development program, in addition to two projects at NTS. This program will focus on your development and will assist you in quickly mastering the challenges within NTS. The ultimate goal is to accelerate your personal growth and build the foundation for a successful career at NTS.
The growth ambition of NTS continues unabated. For the future, the cornerstones of NTS will be cooperation and maximum utilisation of mutual capacities. Since you will be involved in the entire product as a Project Manager, you will maintain daily contact with virtually all company disciplines across a range of locations. This way, you will gain a clear picture of NTS's origins as well as its future trajectory. You will co-create this future and be given ample opportunity to put your ideas into practice.
NTS Group is headquartered in Eindhoven (the Netherlands), from which hub it governs the global network of all NTS companies in Europe, Asia and the United States.
