ORMIT, International Management Development Network (subsidiary of Euronext Amsterdam’s holding Ordina) is a fast growing and successful organization for management development. ORMIT co-operates with national and international top organizations to develop management potential. That is why these organizations have united themselves in a network in which talents with management potential can rotate. This network of affiliate organizations – the so-called participants – currently consists of more than fifty top organizations.

ORMIT wants to bring added value to her network participants by developing, in partnership, long-term (potential) management. Thanks to the translation of the wishes and demands of the labour market into management development programs, we can put the right person in the right place.

ORMIT is the sole and exclusive provider of Management Development Programs in the Benelux. These programs are based upon an integrated combination of consultancy and project assignments, training, coaching and feedback on one’s personal work. For 14 years now ORMIT has been developing management potential for more than a hundred national and international top organizations.
For young graduates ORMIT has the Multicompany Program, where a trainee does projects (of approximately half a year) within three or four different organizations and in the meantime also follows an intensive training program. ORMIT offers also tailor made Incompany program.

Through these programs ORMIT wants to offer short-term support for concrete consultancy projects and assignments,  but also long-term support to find solutions or fill in vacancies.
